We offer a subscription-based service to the content with the Iron Mastery Web App. All purchases are subject to our Terms And Conditions.
Subscriptions can be purchased either directly from:
a)The Iron Mastery website; or
b)Externally (In-App Purchase)
Different subscription plans are offered. You may choose to subscribe monthly, yearly or lifetime. By choosing Your subscription plan, You agree to be billed monthly, yearly or at a one-time fee. The subscription fee will apply regardless of how much or how often You access or use Your subscription.
Subscriptions to the Iron Mastery Web App will be auto-renewed on the first day of Your next billing period.
Monthly subscriptions are billed once (1) every month at the start of the month of Your billing period.
Yearly subscriptions are billed once (1) every year at the start of the year of Your billing period.
Lifetime subscriptions are billed a one-time fee. In this subscription, You are entitled to full access to IronMastery and all future upgrades for as long as IronMastery continues to exist. New product lines launched are not entitled to free upgrades and are subject to its respective membership or payment plans.
You must notify Us of any change to Your Payment Method. We will assume Your Payment Method is correct and will continue to bill fees and charges relating to Your subscription by Your nominated Payment Method. If any subscription fees billed to Your account are not processed for any reason We may suspend Your subscription until payment is made in full.
TRIAL MEMBERSHIP OFFER
Where we offer You a Free 7 Day Trial of IronMastery ("Free Trial Membership"), such Free Trial Membership will start immediately and will run for the seven (7) days after Your application to register with IronMastery has been accepted by IronMastery and continue for the Free Trial Membership offer period as indicated on the Website at the time You submit Your application. Free Trial Memberships are only available to new membership subscribers of IronMastery and for the limited periods as set out on the Website. Previous membership subscribers or those subscribers who have already benefited from a Free Trial Membership subscription to IronMastery do not qualify for a further Free Trial Membership.
If You do not want to continue Your membership after Your Free Trial Membership comes to an end, You must contact us at least 24 hours before Your Free Trial Membership period ends by submitting a cancellation request to us via our support email address email@example.com.
If You do not contact us at least 24 hours before Your Free Experience Membership period ends to cancel, Your subscription will automatically continue and the payment card that You provided at the time of enrolment online will be charged the full IronMastery monthly membership subscription rate provided at the time of enrollment. IronMastery can change any paid-for membership subscription price detailed on the Website or in any pre-contract information (including these Terms), at any time. If the membership subscription rate changes after You are enrolled, we will notify You by e-mail.
If You wish to cancel Your IronMastery Membership subscription at any time after a Free Experience Membership or discounted period ends, You must give us the following notice by submitting a cancellation request to us via our support email address firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel Your subscription. For monthly Membership subscriptions, we require at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice of cancellation. For annual Membership subscriptions, we require at least thirty (30) days' notice of cancellation.
REFUND POLICY: Our refund policy only applies to the first time You purchase Iron Mastery and is only applicable for the Yearly Membership and Unlimited Membership.
For Free Trial Memberships, once Your account has been activated and Your billing processed, You are regarded as a paying subscriber of IronMastery and a refund is not applicable.
A refund period for Yearly Membership and Unlimited Membership is valid only within the first 14 days of Your subscription, counted from the first day of purchase and as calendar days. Unless You cancel within the first 14 days of Your subscription, You agree to be billed according to Your subscription plan.
The refund amount is only valid for the first month of subscription. Second time purchases will not be permitted the same rights to refund. We understand that sometimes the timing may not be right when You purchase our product and You may return to purchase later, but please be aware second purchase refund requests will not be permitted. This is to protect our product and ourselves from individuals who may take advantage of our refund policy.
REFUND PROCESS: To submit a request for refund within the refund period, send an email to email@example.com. A refund takes up to four (4) business days to process.
PRODUCT USAGE POST-REFUND: By receiving a refund, You agree to remove all files downloaded from our website, and all rights to use the product will be revoked. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the client does not adhere to these conditions.
DUPLICATE PURCHASE: In the event of a billing error or duplicate billing, IronMastery.com will investigate the matter and issue a full refund if deemed necessary.
You may cancel Your subscription at any time. Unless You cancel at least 24 hours before the start of Your next billing period, You will be charged for the next billing period. After cancellation, You will continue to have access to the Iron Mastery Web App for the remainder of Your billing period.
To cancel Your subscription, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon cancellation, Your account data is deleted and removed. This includes Your training progress. Should You decide to sign up again, Your training progress is reset to the beginning. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, medical conditions, or any similar reason or event, unless required by law to do so.
If You wish to put Your subscription on hold due to special reason(s) or circumstances, contact email@example.com with a detailed explanation. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or approve Your request to put Your subscription on hold.
